In my spare time, I enjoy reading about health and nutrition and how they affect our wellbeing. While babysitting my granddaughter, I realised how important it is to raise children's awareness of these issues at an early age.
We are currently developing and testing lessons for primary schools to introduce children to healthy eating in a fun way. The experience gained from these lessons will be used to create an interactive family game where children and parents can discover healthy eating together through exciting experiments, games and stories.
My vision with Bauchschätze is to promote the health of the next generation in a sustainable way and to contribute to a more conscious and healthier society.
I am a Bachelor's student in Business Administration and support Bauchschätze in the field of digital marketing and crowdfunding.
I strongly believe that education is the key to change and that it has to start early. When I first heard about Bauchschätze, it was immediately clear that this was a project I wanted to support. It combines everything which is important to me: education, health, creativity and social impact.
Bauchschätze is particularly close to my heart because I wish I had received this kind of education about nutrition, body awareness and health when I was younger - whether privately or at school.
My aim is to get as many people as possible excited about Bauchschätze and to help children develop an awareness of healthy eating through play, so that the next generation grows up more aware, informed and healthy.
As a business student, it is very important to me to have a positive impact on society. Healthy nutrition for children is very important to me as it lays the foundation for a healthy life. A balanced diet in childhood can prevent obesity and diet-related diseases, thus improving children's quality of life in the long term. With this project, I want to help ensure that every child has the chance of a healthy future.
Bauchschätze is a project close to my heart - a project that teaches children about nutrition in a playful way and supports parents with this topic. My personal involvement with the topic of nutrition began in my early twenties. Since then, I've been constantly discovering surprises - especially when it comes to hidden sugar in food. That's why I decided to get involved in this project. It is a pleasure for me to support this socially relevant project and to contribute my skills as a student of business administration at the FHNW Basel.
I am very interested in nutrition and the question of how we can teach children a healthy relationship with food - without prohibitions, but with joy and understanding. I study business economics and am part of the Bauchschätze team. We are working on a clear mission: to sensitise children to the topic of nutrition from a young age. I realise that many people lack basic knowledge about healthy eating, not because they are uninterested, but because they have never been properly taught about it. Our aim is to give children a playful and positive approach to nutrition. We want to show them that good food is fun and important for their health - without pointing a finger.
