Project Overview

Bombay Botanicals is to inspire people to eat more plant-based food an do something good for yourself and your environment. Bombay Botanicals "plantbased Indian" is a digital food concept called "Ghost Kitchen". Our dishes may only be ordered online for delivery or take away. Our first location is going to be Stripped Pizza Talacker 41 in Zurich.

Dorrit Türck used to cook for Veggie Pope Rolf Hiltl. Now she published her own cook book. Veg on day to day basis. Veggie and Vegan Food are quite en vogue! The days of the ominous veg plate as an vegetarian option are way over. To the delight of Dorrit Türck. The Vegetarian used to run the Hiltl Acadey for the past eleven years. She used to do cooking classes and developed her own recipes . Now she published her own book: "Gmües".
