I love cooking good soul food and enjoying it with all my senses. I have felt right at home on Isla Mujeres for years and am fascinated by the many talented people who live there and visit the island. My professional background is in project management in the non-profit sector and I am a yoga teacher and coach. I am passionate about helping people discover and develop their unique qualities so they can go through life more satisfied and fulfilled.
In that magical moment of an afternoon on the island, our heart project was born. I can hardly express how much love, gratitude, joy, inspiration and transformation, abundance and learning the project "el meraki" means to me.
Fine, delicious food, the enjoyment and combination of tastes, food from other continents have fascinated me since childhood.
Open-minded, humorous, emotional and inquisitive, equipped with good analytical skills, I dedicated myself for a long time in Switzerland to administration and support/improvement of work processes as well as customer service. Gradually I have changed my focus to accompanying people and supporting them to unfold their potential, to spread their wings.
This project gives me the opportunity to put all these facets into practice with a lot of love and mindfulness.
