CHF 200
In Ukraine, many people have lost limbs in the war and face new challenges in their everyday lives. With our crowdfunding campaign, we want to finance prostheses and orthoses to give them back their independence and mobility. Together with the EnableMe Ukraine Foundation, we identify the most urgent cases and ensure that those affected receive the Explorer or Lynk System - for a better quality of life and self-determination

The first CHF 10,000 will finance the equipment for 20 people. This is where we start with the remote measurement and ensure that the initial infrastructure for customised care is in place. This creates the basis for a functioning process.

We are supporting 30 more people with an additional CHF 15,000. At this stage, we are ensuring that the deliveries arrive reliably and that we establish a routine in the process.

We will use the next CHF 10,000 to finance the handover of aid to 20 people and strengthen cooperation with local partners. This will ensure that any outstanding issues can be resolved directly.

This is where we lay the foundations for a permanently reliable process. With a sustainable process, we enable up to 100 people to gain access to prostheses and orthoses and create options for long-term help.
macu4 AG is a medical technology company specialising in the development of pragmatic and intelligent orthopaedic aids. Our aim is to optimise the care process through user-centred and efficient solutions. With our products such as the Lynk orthosis for people with hand or wrist restrictions and the Explorer prosthesis for people with deficits in the forearm area, we offer solutions that support independence and motivate people to do what is important to them.
It is important for people to maintain their independence and be able to do the things that many of us take for granted. For me, this project for those affected in Ukraine means that we are helping people to master everyday activities again - whether it's helping them to eat, manage the household or move around independently.
It is a matter close to my heart to offer a perspective to people who have lost so much in the war. We have developed our products to help people become more mobile and independent, and now we have the opportunity to use what we do in such an important and urgent context.
