Where are the properties located?
Our properties are located in the municipalities of Maruggio and Manduria in the province of Taranto. Currently, we have three secured locations that we would be happy to present to you personally on-site.
How big is a Signature Lodge?
The first variant of our NOA & JUNE Signature Lodge has a living area of 110 m² on a plot of 11,000 m².
How many rooms and bathrooms does the lodge have?
Each lodge includes two bedrooms, each offering two sleeping options, as well as a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower.
What special features does the lodge offer?
Our lodges are equipped with smart home technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Swedish wood stove. Additionally, each lodge has a spacious terrace, and our pool houses also feature a private swimming pool.
Can I use a lodge exclusively for private use?
Yes, you can purchase a NOA & JUNE lodge purely for private use without entering into a long-term rental agreement or minimum interest under the 'Buy to Use and Let (BTUL)' concept. If desired, you can still take advantage of our optional on-site services.
How is the lodge furnished? Is the furniture included in the sale?
Our lodges are handed over fully furnished and ready for occupancy under the BTUL concept, so they can be rented out immediately. If you purchase the lodge exclusively for personal use, the value of the furnishings will be deducted from the purchase price accordingly.
How many houses have already been built?
NOA & JUNE is a young company with an innovative concept. Privately, we have already realized several real estate projects – including houses, apartments, and gastronomic properties. On-site, we work with experienced partners in the fields of architecture and construction who have been implementing high-quality properties in Apulia for many years.
What exactly is the 'Buy to Use and Let (BTUL)' concept?
The Buy to Use and Let (BTUL) concept means that investors buy a property, use it partially themselves, and rent it out for the remaining period to generate income. It combines personal use with a return-oriented rental strategy.
How does the secure purchase process work?
Trust plays a central role when it comes to money. Therefore, we have developed a transparent and secure payment model that optimally protects buyers.
After signing the purchase contract, 1/8 of the purchase price (CHF 74,375) is deposited into an escrow account with a notary in Zug (CH). Once the full purchase price (8/8) has been received in the escrow account, the entry in the land registry is made.
The construction of the Noa&June Signature Lodge is divided into eight clearly defined performance phases. The trustee releases the respective partial amounts only when the previous performance phase has been completed. This ensures that the funds provided are used exclusively for construction progress in Apulia – 100% transparent and secure.
