ABOUT
The Community of Squatted Prosfygika is a horizontal self-organized socio-political project of struggle of the social base. It is based on the principles and values of freedom, equality, autonomy and solidarity through self-organization, horizontality, codecision, circlicity, commitement and participation. It encloses tools of the wider revolutionary movement. It’s main characteristics and aspects are the communal ownership of resources, structures and infrastructures.
It is organized on the basis of the projects of anti-statism, anti-capitalism, anti-fascism, anti- sexism and international solidarity.
The Community recently faced an escalade of state repression that is threatening the neighbourhood continuously.
In the end of June, the police attacked the neighbourhood, located in the center of Athens, with tear gas, grenades and direct body violence. The state aims to weaken the community so that they can put into practice their plans of redevelopement and predatory of the neighbourhood in order to defeat the core of resistance that Prosfygika is. Each time their attempts to do so, the community responded with determination, persistence and militancy. Ever since their repressive operations have strengthened the neighborhood, strengthened the solidarity movement and it has been clearly shown: Not any single attack will stay unanswered and we will defend our homes, our children, our lives and what we build day in and day out with faith and militancy for the prospect of a world where life flourishes.
The community is in urgent need of financial support to manage the court cases of our comrades, for the reparation of damages caused by police attacks, to reinforce our plan of defense and to continue our daily struggle.
The community is home for 400 people and a proposal for the organisation of a liberated society. International class solidarity is needed to defend this liberated ground! We need your help!

THE COMMUNITY
The building complex of Prosfygika was built in 1933 to accommodate refugees from Asia Minor. Thus, in these circumstances, a lively neighbourhood with community characteristics was established, consisting mostly of working class people. In 1944, the anti-fascist partisans used Prosfygika as a shelter against the Greek and British state army; the bullet marks can be seen on the facades of the buildings to this day, as well as the guerrilla monument which has been erected on the front of Prosfygika and reminds us daily of the history of the place. Today, it is one of the largest building complexes in the centre of Athens, which has not yet accepted the gentrification and exploitation that comes from big capital and the state apparatus. It is a place of strategic importance since it is located between two pillars of power – on one side the Supreme Court and on the other the General Police Directorate of Attica.
Through the conditions of the social struggles that took shape during 2008-2010, some of the squatters living in the refugee neighbourhood realized that collectivisation is the only way to address common problems, to survive against impoverishment, to drive out the organised mafias and to organise against the multifaceted repression and terrorism of the state.
The political events of 2008-2010 pointed to the need to rally an organised political body in the neighbourhood and to form a social counter-proposal to the existing one. In 2010, on the initiative of some autonomous squatters, the first steps were taken to create the Assembly of Squatted Prosfygika (SY.KA.PRO). Today most of the neighbourhood is occupied and inhabited.
After almost 13 years of activity of the Assembly of Squatted Prosfygika, the neighborhood has been filled with life, transforming into the largest community (spatially and numerically) in Greece.
The basis of the community is self-organization through assemblies, through individual working groups, self-organized structures etc.
The structures of the community answer to the needs of the community in terms of collective and common use. The formation of self-organized structures is a revolutionary process and a real counter-proposal for the organization of society and life outside the state and capitalism. Some typical examples of the Structures of the Squatted Prosfygika Community are: the Bakery Structure, the Women’s Structure, the Children’s Steki and Self-Education Structure, the Collective Skipping structure, the Clothing Structure, the Logistics Structure, the Internet Structure, the Technical Group, the Library Structure, the Health Structure etc.
The community is the organized collective body of Prosfygika neighbourhood and solidarians, which are organically connected to each other on a practical, political, statutory, perspective and comradeship level. It consist of a set of individuals and relations, structures and infrastructures that are formed and composed on the basis of a common field.
They are not formed on the basis of a national, relational, religious or racial sign but on the basis of a common political project, a common political culture and a common perspective. It creates autonomous political structures and relations which are obtaining a relative material self- sufficiency and which are collectively self-institutionalized based on the capabilities/possibilities of each one and according to his/her needs. What in political imaginary terms is defined as a Commune.
SOLIDARITY IS THE WEAPON OF THE PEOPLE
The support of the neighborhood and the continuous presence
of people will act as a barrier to the repressive plans of the state that aim to loot the neighbourhood.
Prosfygika neighbourhood is experiencing and is under the constant risk of attack from the forces of repression, to a smaller scale (physical surveillance, attacks and sabotage on self-organized structures, targeting of people of the community etc.) or greater scale (attempts to evacuate parts or the whole neighbourhood). The recent events and attacks on Prosfygika are part of a common repressive agenda of the state and its mechanisms regarding projects of struggle, political spaces and resistances of the people from below. Our responsibility as organized parts of society
against this policy, especially in the midst of the difficult period of August, when Athens is empty and the resistances are retreating, is to find those ways of better connection, to support, communication and co- organization, to be able to defend the territories of the struggle, to regroup against the full frontal attack that we are under and set our own propositions at their respective height.
Our response to all this and at the same time our general proposal is the organisation of our self- defence on many
levels against the world of power and capitalism. We perceive the self-defence of the projects of struggle as something complex and inclusive, as an act that concerns not only the moment of the physical conflict but also the holistic terms in which we organize life and respond to our needs: by creating comradship relationships and the culture of those relationships, by the building of our structures. Each piece, each structure of the community, every act of practical support and solidarity play their own important role in all this complex structure and in its self-defence, in terms of collective responsibility, on the basis of capabilities and needs. This is also the guarantee that the community will remain strong and united regardless of the nature of each repressive attack or operation, as we have experienced in its evolution over the years.
The defending and supporting the neighbourhood and the Community of Squatted Prosfygika can happen on many levels and in different ways. We list and adress those ways as a direct call for support and solidarity:
• Strengthening and resourcing the community's self-organized structures, which at the same time consist structures of the movement and society in combination. Common practical work, cooperation and strengthening both the material and the political part of the proposal for self-institution and coverage of the common needs.
• Technical and material assistance with barrication and preparation for possible upcoming repressive attack and for upgrading the building infrastructure. There is an urgent need for contribution from people with
special knowledges, such as for example electricians and plumbers. The special call for support on this need is following.
• Financial support to cover any kind of need, as it arises from the reality of the community and the struggles: improving structures to meet the various needs of people (health, legal documrts, education, etc.), court
expences, specific material and technical infrastructure.
• Participation in self-defence and the militant defence of the neighbourhood, in the guardings that are conducted daily for prevention and immediate reaction in case of repressive operations. Readiness for
solidarity mobilization in any possible attack that the neighborhood may receive. The call for supporting of the guardings is following:
• Presence of solidarian people inside the neighbourhood and active participation in all kinds of social
activities, cultural and political events and campaigns carried out on a regular basis.
• Participation in the "Committee for the Promotion and the Defence of the Community of Sguatted Prosfygika and its collective memory", with the aim of spreading the example of Prosfygika, defending the Community and its territory.
The victory of Prosfygika against the repression and the attempt of looting by the the state and the bosses will be another victory of the broad, multiformal radical movement and society.

ΣΧΕΤΙΚΑ :
Η Κοινότητα των Κατειλλημένων Προσφυγικών αποτελεί ένα οριζόντιο αυτοοργανωμένο κοινωνικό-πολιτικό εγχείρημα αγώνα της κοινωνικής βάσης. Βασίζεται στις αρχές της ελευθερίας, της ισότητας, της αυτονομίας και της αλληλεγγύης, μέσω της, αυτοοργάνωσης, της οριζοντιότητας, της συναπόφασης, της κυκλικότητατης, της δέσμευσης και της συμμετοχής. Εγκολπώνει εργαλεία του ευρύτερου επαναστατικού κινήματος. Βασικά του χαρακτηριστικά η κοινοκτημοσύνη των πόρων, των δομών και των υποδομών. Συνοργανώνεται στη βάση των προταγμάτων του Αντικρατισμού, Αντικαπιταλισμού, Αντιφασισμού, αντισεξισμού και της διεθνιστικής αλληλεγγύης.
Η Κοινότητα αντιμετώπισε πρόσφατα μια κλιμάκωση της κρατικής καταστολής που απειλεί διαρκώς τη γειτονιά. Στα τέλη Ιουνίου, η αστυνομία επιτέθηκε στη γειτονιά, που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, με δακρυγόνα, κρότου λάμψης και άμεση σωματική βία. Το κράτος στοχεύει στην αποδυνάμωση της κοινότητας, ώστε να μπορέσει να θέσει σε εφαρμογή τα σχέδια ανάπλασης και ληστρικής εκμετάλλευσης της γειτονιάς, προκειμένου να νικήσει τον πυρήνα της αντίστασης που αποτελεί η Κοινότητα των Προσφυγικών. Κάθε φορά που επιχειρούν κάτι τέτοιο, η Κοινότητα απαντά με αποφασιστικότητα, επιμονή και μαχητικότητα. Έκτοτε, οι κατασταλτικές τους επιχειρήσεις ενίσχυσαν τη γειτονιά, ενίσχυσαν το κίνημα αλληλεγγύης και αυτό φάνηκε ξεκάθαρα: Καμία επίθεση δεν θα μείνει αναπάντητη και θα υπερασπιστούμε τα σπίτια μας, τα παιδιά μας, τις ζωές μας και ό,τι χτίζουμε μέρα με τη μέρα με πίστη και μαχητικότητα για την προοπτική ενός κόσμου όπου η ζωή ανθίζει.
Η κοινότητα χρειάζεται επειγόντως οικονομική στήριξη για τη διαχείριση των δικαστικών υποθέσεων των συντρόφων μας, για την αποκατάσταση των ζημιών που προκλήθηκαν από τις επιθέσεις της αστυνομίας, για την ενίσχυση του αμυντικού μας σχεδίου και για τη συνέχιση του καθημερινού μας αγώνα.
Η κοινότητα αποτελεί σπίτι για 400 άτομα και μια πρόταση για την οργάνωση μιας απελευθερωμένης κοινωνίας. Χρειάζεται διεθνής ταξική αλληλεγγύη για να υπερασπιστούμε αυτό το απελευθερωμένο έδαφος! Χρειαζόμαστε τη βοήθειά σας!

Η ΚΟΙΝΟΤΗΤΑ
Η γειτονιά των Προσφυγικών οικοδομήθηκε το 1933 για να στεγάσει πρόσφυγες που προέρχονταν από τη Μικρά Ασία. Από τότε συγκροτήθηκε μια ζωντανή γειτονιά με κοινοτικά χαρακτηριστικά, αποτελούμενη από ταξικά καταπιεσμένα υποκείμενα.
To 1944 αντιφασίστες παρτιζάνοι αξιοποίησαν τα Προσφυγικά ως καταφύγιο έναντι του ελληνικού και βρετανικού κρατικού στρατού κατά την διάρκεια των Δεκεμβριανών. Τα σημάδια από τις επιθέσεις σε βάρος της αντίστασης διακρίνονται ακόμα και σήμερα στις προσόψεις πολλών κτιρίων. Το μνημείο των ανταρτών το οποίο έχει στηθεί στην πρόσοψη των Προσφυγικών καθημερινά μας υπενθυμίζει την ιστορία του τόπου.
Σήμερα, πρόκειται για ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα κτιριακά συγκροτήματα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, το οποίο δεν έχει ακόμη αποδεχτεί τον εξευγενισμό και την εκμετάλλευση που προέρχεται από το μεγάλο κεφάλαιο και τον κρατικό μηχανισμό. Πρόκειται για έναν χώρο στρατηγικής σημασίας, καθώς βρίσκεται ανάμεσα σε δύο πυλώνες εξουσίας - από τη μία πλευρά ο Άρειος Πάγος και από την άλλη η Γενική Αστυνομική Διεύθυνση Αττικής.
Μέσα από τις συνθήκες των κοινωνικών αγώνων που διαμορφώθηκαν κατά την περίοδο 2008-2010, κάποιοι από τους καταληψίες που ζούσαν στη γειτονιά των προσφυγικών συνειδητοποίησαν ότι η συλλογικοποίηση είναι ο μόνος τρόπος για να αντιμετωπίσουν τα κοινά προβλήματα, να επιβιώσουν ενάντια στην φτωχοποίηση, να εκδιώξουν τις οργανωμένες μαφίες και να οργανωθούν ενάντια στην πολύπλευρη καταστολή και τρομοκρατία του κράτους.
Τα πολιτικά τεκταινόμενα του 2008-2010 υποδείκνυαν την ανάγκη να συσπειρωθεί ένα οργανωμένο πολιτικό σώμα στην γειτονιά και να συγκροτηθεί μια κοινωνική αντιπρόταση στο υπάρχον. Το 2010 με πρωτοβουλία κάποιων αυτόνομων καταληψιών άρχισαν τα πρώτα βήματα για τη δημιουργία της Συνέλευσης Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών (ΣΥ.ΚΑ.ΠΡΟ).
Σήμερα το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της γειτονιάς είναι κατειλημμένο και κατοικείται. Μέτα από την σχεδόν 13έτη δράση της Συνέλευσης Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών, έχει επιτευχθεί να γεμίσει η γειτονιά με ζωή, μεταμορφωνόμενη στη μεγαλύτερη κοινότητα (χωρικά και αριθμητικά) της Ελλάδας
Η βάση της κοινότητας είναι η αυτοοργάνωση μέσω των συνελεύσεων, των επιμέρους ομάδων εργασιών, των αυτοοργανωμένων δομών κλπ. Οι δομές της κοινότητας απαντούν στις ανάγκες της με όρους συλλογικούς και κοινής χρήσης. Η συγκρότηση αυτοοργανωμένων δομών αποτελεί επαναστατική διαδικασία και πραγματική αντιπρόταση πρόταση για την οργάνωση της κοινωνίας και της ζωής έξω από το κράτος και τον καπιταλισμό. Κάποια χαρακτηριστικά παραδείγματα από τις Δομές της Κοινότητας των Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών είναι: Δομή φούρνου, Γυναικεία Δομή, Δομή παιδικού στεκιού και αυτομόρφωσης, δομή συλλογικού σκίπινγκ, δομή ρούχων, δομή λογιστικού, δομή ίντερνετ, τεχνική ομάδα, δομή βιβλιοθήκης, δομή υγείας κ.α. .
Η κοινότητα αποτελεί το οργανωμένο συλλογικό σώμα της γειτονιάς των Προσφυγικών και των αλληλέγγυων συντρόφων, οι οποίοι συνδέονται οργανικά μεταξύ τους σε πρακτικό, πολιτικό, καταστατικό, προοπτικό και συντροφικό επίπεδο.
Αποτελεί ένα σύνολο ανθρώπων και σχέσεων, δομών και υποδομών που συγκροτούνται στη βάση ενός κοινού πεδίου. Δεν συγκροτούνται πάνω σε ένα εθνικό, συγγενικό, θρησκευτικό ή φυλετικό πρόσημο, αλλά στη βάση ενός κοινού πολιτικού προτάγματος, μιας κοινής πολιτικής κουλτούρας και μιας κοινής προοπτικής. Δημιουργεί αυτόνομες πολιτικές δομές και σχέσεις οι οποίες εξασφαλίζουν μια σχετική υλική αυτάρκεια και αυτοθεσμίζονται συλλογικά στην βάση των δυνατοτήτων του καθενός και σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες του. Αυτό που με όρους πολιτικού φαντασιακού ονομάζεται κομμούνα (commune).
Η ΑΛΛΗΛΕΓΓΥΗ ΤΟ ΟΠΛΟ ΤΩΝ ΛΑΩΝ
Η υποστήριξη και η διαρκής παρουσία θα λειτουργήσει ως ανάχωμα στους κατασταλτικούς σχεδιασμούς του κράτους που αποσκοπούν στη λεηλασία της γειτονιάς.
Η γειτονιά των προσφυγικών (βιώνει και) βρίσκεται υπό το συνεχές ρίσκο επίθεσης από τις δυνάμεις καταστολής, σε μικρότερη (φυσικές παρακολουθήσεις, επιθέσεις και σαμποτάζ σε αυτοοργανωμένες δομές, στοχοποίηση ανθρώπων της κοινότητας κ.α.) ή μεγαλύτερη κλίματα (απόπειρες εκκένωσης κομματιών ή ολόκληρης της γειτονιάς).
Τα πρόσφατα γεγονότα και επιθέσεις που αφορούν τα Προσφυγικά αποτελούν κομμάτι μιας ενιαίας κατασταλτικής ατζέντας του κράτους και των μηχανισμών του, σχετικά με τα εγχειρήματα αγώνα, τους πολιτικούς χώρους και τις αντιστάσεις των από τα κάτω. Ενάντια σε αυτή ακριβώς την πολιτική και εν μέσω της δύσκολης περιόδου του Αυγούστου, όπου η Αθήνα ερημώνει και οι αντιστάσεις υποχωρούν, ευθύνη των οργανωμενων κομματιών της κοινωνίας είναι να βρούμε εκείνους τους τρόπους καλύτερης σύνδεσης, στήριξης, επικοινωνίας και συνοργάνωσης, για να μπορέσουμε να υπερασπιστούμε τα εδάφη του αγώνα, να ανασυγκροτηθούμε ενάντια στην ολομέτωπη επίθεση που δεχόμαστε και να θέσουμε τα δικά μας προτάγματα στο ύψος που τους αναλογούν.
Η απάντηση μας σε όλα αυτά και την ίδια στιγμή η συνολική μας πρόταση είναι η οργάνωση της αυτοάμυνάς μας σε πολλά επίπεδα, απέναντι στον κόσμο της εξουσίας και του καπιταλισμού. Αντιλαμβανόμαστε την αυτοάμυνα των εγχειρημάτων αγώνα ως κάτι σύνθετο και συμπεριληπτικό, ως πράξη που δεν αφορά μόνο τη στιγμή της φυσικής σύγκρουσης αλλά συνολικά τους όρους που οργανώνουμε την ζωή και απαντάμε στης ανάγκες μας: με την δημιουργία και την κουλτούρα των συντροφικών σχέσεων και την οικοδόμηση των δομών μας. Κάθε κομμάτι, κάθε δομή της κοινότητας, κάθε πράξη έμπρακτης στήριξης και αλληλεγγύης παίζουν τον δικό τους σημαντικό ρόλο σε όλο αυτό τον σύνθετο οικοδόμημα και στην αυτοάμυνα του, με όρους συλλογικής ευθύνης, στην βάσει των δυνατοτήτων και των αναγκών. Αυτή είναι και η εγγύηση ότι η κοινότητα θα παραμείνει δυνατή και ενωμένη ανεξάρτήτα από τον χαρακτήρα κάθε κατασταλτικής επίθεσης ή επιχείρησης, όπως την βιώνουμε στην εξέλιξή της, ανα τα χρόνια.
Η υπεράσπιση και στήριξη της γειτονιάς και της Κοινότητας των Κατειλημένων Προσφυγικών μπορεί να γίνει σε πολλά επίπεδα και με διαφορετικούς τρόπους. Αυτούς τους τρόπους καταγράφουμε και απευθύνουμε ως άμεσο κάλεσμα στήριξης και αλληλεγγύης:
• Ενίσχυση και στελέχωση των αυτοοργανωμένων δομών της κοινότητας, οι οποίες ταυτόχρονα αποτελούν δομές του κινήματος και της κοινωνίας συνδυαστικά. Κοινή πρακτική δουλειά, συνεργασία και ενίσχυση τόσο στο υλικό όσο και στο πολιτικό μέρος της πρότασης αυτοθέσμισης και κάλυψης των κοινών αναγκών.
• Τεχνική και υλική βοήθεια με την οχύρωση της γειτονιάς, την προετοιμασία σε επερχόμενη επιχείρηση του κράτους και πιθανή καταστολή. Επίσης υπάρχει ανάγκη για τεχνική και υλική συνεισφορά για την αναβάθμιση των κτηριακών υποδομών. Είναι επιτακτική η ανάγκη για την συνεισφορά από ανθρώπους με ειδικές γνώσεις, όπως για παράδειγμα ηλεκτρολόγους και υδραυλικούς.
• Οικονομική υποστήριξη για κάλυψη κάθε είδους ανάγκης, όπως προκύπτει από την πραγματικότητα της κοινότητας και των αγώνων: βελτίωση δομών για την κάλυψη των διάφορων αναγκών των ανθρώπων (υγεία, παιδεία, χαρτιά κ.α.), δικαστικά έξοδα, ειδική υλικοτεχνική υποδομή
• Συμμετοχή στην αυτοάμυνα και τη μαχητική υπεράσπιση της γειτονιάς, στις περιφρουρήσεις που διεξάγονται καθημερινά για την πρόληψη και άμεση αντίδραση σε κατασταλτικές επιθέσεις και επιχειρήσεις. Ετοιμότητα για κινητοποίηση αλληλεγγύης σε κάθε πιθανή επίθεση που η γειτονιά μπορεί να δεχθεί.
• Παρουσία αλληλέγγυου κόσμου στην γειτονιά και ενεργή συμμετοχή σε κάθε είδους κοινωνικά, πολιτισμικά και πολιτικά δρώμενα και καμπάνιες που διεξάγονται σε τακτική βάση.
• Συμμετοχή στην "Επιτροπή για την Ανάδειξη και την Υπεράσπιση της Κοινότητας των Προσφυγικών και της συλλογικής της μνήμης, με στόχο τη διάδοση του παραδείγματος της Κοινότητας των Προσφυγικών, την υπεράσπιση και την επικράτειάς της.
Η νίκη των Προσφυγικών ενάντια στην καταστολή και την προσπάθεια λεηλασίας τους από το κράτους και τα αφεντικά θα αποτελεί μια ακόμα νίκη του πλατιού πολύμορφου ριζοσπαστικού κινήματος και της κοινωνίας.

ΣΤΙΣ ΚΑΤΕΙΛΗΜΜΕΝΕΣ ΓΕΙΤΟΝΙΕΣ ΧΤΙΖΟΝΤΑΙ ΟΙ ΚΟΙΝΟΤΗΤΕΣ ΤΟΥ ΜΕΛΛΟΝΤΟΣ
Η Κοινότητα των Κατειλλημένων Προσφυγικών αποτελεί ένα οριζόντιο αυτοοργανωμένο κοινωνικό-πολιτικό εγχείρημα αγώνα της κοινωνικής βάσης. Βασίζεται στις αρχές της ελευθερίας, της ισότητας, της αυτονομίας και της αλληλεγγύης, μέσω της, αυτοοργάνωσης, της οριζοντιότητας, της συναπόφασης, της κυκλικότητατης, της δέσμευσης και της συμμετοχής. Εγκολπώνει εργαλεία του ευρύτερου επαναστατικού κινήματος. Βασικά του χαρακτηριστικά η κοινοκτημοσύνη των πόρων, των δομών και των υποδομών. Συνοργανώνεται στη βάση των προταγμάτων του Αντικρατισμού, Αντικαπιταλισμού, Αντιφασισμού, αντισεξισμού και της διεθνιστικής αλληλεγγύης.
Η Κοινότητα αντιμετώπισε πρόσφατα μια κλιμάκωση της κρατικής καταστολής που απειλεί διαρκώς τη γειτονιά. Στα τέλη Ιουνίου, η αστυνομία επιτέθηκε στη γειτονιά, που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, με δακρυγόνα, κρότου λάμψης και άμεση σωματική βία. Το κράτος στοχεύει στην αποδυνάμωση της κοινότητας, ώστε να μπορέσει να θέσει σε εφαρμογή τα σχέδια ανάπλασης και ληστρικής εκμετάλλευσης της γειτονιάς, προκειμένου να νικήσει τον πυρήνα της αντίστασης που αποτελεί η Κοινότητα των Προσφυγικών. Κάθε φορά που επιχειρούν κάτι τέτοιο, η Κοινότητα απαντά με αποφασιστικότητα, επιμονή και μαχητικότητα. Έκτοτε, οι κατασταλτικές τους επιχειρήσεις ενίσχυσαν τη γειτονιά, ενίσχυσαν το κίνημα αλληλεγγύης και αυτό φάνηκε ξεκάθαρα: Καμία επίθεση δεν θα μείνει αναπάντητη και θα υπερασπιστούμε τα σπίτια μας, τα παιδιά μας, τις ζωές μας και ό,τι χτίζουμε μέρα με τη μέρα με πίστη και μαχητικότητα για την προοπτική ενός κόσμου όπου η ζωή ανθίζει.
Η κοινότητα χρειάζεται επειγόντως οικονομική στήριξη για τη διαχείριση των δικαστικών υποθέσεων των συντρόφων μας, για την αποκατάσταση των ζημιών που προκλήθηκαν από τις επιθέσεις της αστυνομίας, για την ενίσχυση του αμυντικού μας σχεδίου και για τη συνέχιση του καθημερινού μας αγώνα.
Η κοινότητα αποτελεί σπίτι για 400 άτομα και μια πρόταση για την οργάνωση μιας απελευθερωμένης κοινωνίας. Χρειάζεται διεθνής ταξική αλληλεγγύη για να υπερασπιστούμε αυτό το απελευθερωμένο έδαφος! Χρειαζόμαστε τη βοήθειά σας!

Η ΚΟΙΝΟΤΗΤΑ
Η γειτονιά των Προσφυγικών οικοδομήθηκε το 1933 για να στεγάσει πρόσφυγες που προέρχονταν από τη Μικρά Ασία. Από τότε συγκροτήθηκε μια ζωντανή γειτονιά με κοινοτικά χαρακτηριστικά, αποτελούμενη από ταξικά καταπιεσμένα υποκείμενα.
To 1944 αντιφασίστες παρτιζάνοι αξιοποίησαν τα Προσφυγικά ως καταφύγιο έναντι του ελληνικού και βρετανικού κρατικού στρατού κατά την διάρκεια των Δεκεμβριανών. Τα σημάδια από τις επιθέσεις σε βάρος της αντίστασης διακρίνονται ακόμα και σήμερα στις προσόψεις πολλών κτιρίων. Το μνημείο των ανταρτών το οποίο έχει στηθεί στην πρόσοψη των Προσφυγικών καθημερινά μας υπενθυμίζει την ιστορία του τόπου.
Σήμερα, πρόκειται για ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα κτιριακά συγκροτήματα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, το οποίο δεν έχει ακόμη αποδεχτεί τον εξευγενισμό και την εκμετάλλευση που προέρχεται από το μεγάλο κεφάλαιο και τον κρατικό μηχανισμό. Πρόκειται για έναν χώρο στρατηγικής σημασίας, καθώς βρίσκεται ανάμεσα σε δύο πυλώνες εξουσίας - από τη μία πλευρά ο Άρειος Πάγος και από την άλλη η Γενική Αστυνομική Διεύθυνση Αττικής.
Μέσα από τις συνθήκες των κοινωνικών αγώνων που διαμορφώθηκαν κατά την περίοδο 2008-2010, κάποιοι από τους καταληψίες που ζούσαν στη γειτονιά των προσφυγικών συνειδητοποίησαν ότι η συλλογικοποίηση είναι ο μόνος τρόπος για να αντιμετωπίσουν τα κοινά προβλήματα, να επιβιώσουν ενάντια στην φτωχοποίηση, να εκδιώξουν τις οργανωμένες μαφίες και να οργανωθούν ενάντια στην πολύπλευρη καταστολή και τρομοκρατία του κράτους.
Τα πολιτικά τεκταινόμενα του 2008-2010 υποδείκνυαν την ανάγκη να συσπειρωθεί ένα οργανωμένο πολιτικό σώμα στην γειτονιά και να συγκροτηθεί μια κοινωνική αντιπρόταση στο υπάρχον. Το 2010 με πρωτοβουλία κάποιων αυτόνομων καταληψιών άρχισαν τα πρώτα βήματα για τη δημιουργία της Συνέλευσης Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών (ΣΥ.ΚΑ.ΠΡΟ).
Σήμερα το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της γειτονιάς είναι κατειλημμένο και κατοικείται. Μέτα από την σχεδόν 13έτη δράση της Συνέλευσης Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών, έχει επιτευχθεί να γεμίσει η γειτονιά με ζωή, μεταμορφωνόμενη στη μεγαλύτερη κοινότητα (χωρικά και αριθμητικά) της Ελλάδας
Η βάση της κοινότητας είναι η αυτοοργάνωση μέσω των συνελεύσεων, των επιμέρους ομάδων εργασιών, των αυτοοργανωμένων δομών κλπ. Οι δομές της κοινότητας απαντούν στις ανάγκες της με όρους συλλογικούς και κοινής χρήσης. Η συγκρότηση αυτοοργανωμένων δομών αποτελεί επαναστατική διαδικασία και πραγματική αντιπρόταση πρόταση για την οργάνωση της κοινωνίας και της ζωής έξω από το κράτος και τον καπιταλισμό. Κάποια χαρακτηριστικά παραδείγματα από τις Δομές της Κοινότητας των Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών είναι: Δομή φούρνου, Γυναικεία Δομή, Δομή παιδικού στεκιού και αυτομόρφωσης, δομή συλλογικού σκίπινγκ, δομή ρούχων, δομή λογιστικού, δομή ίντερνετ, τεχνική ομάδα, δομή βιβλιοθήκης, δομή υγείας κ.α. .
Η κοινότητα αποτελεί το οργανωμένο συλλογικό σώμα της γειτονιάς των Προσφυγικών και των αλληλέγγυων συντρόφων, οι οποίοι συνδέονται οργανικά μεταξύ τους σε πρακτικό, πολιτικό, καταστατικό, προοπτικό και συντροφικό επίπεδο.
Αποτελεί ένα σύνολο ανθρώπων και σχέσεων, δομών και υποδομών που συγκροτούνται στη βάση ενός κοινού πεδίου. Δεν συγκροτούνται πάνω σε ένα εθνικό, συγγενικό, θρησκευτικό ή φυλετικό πρόσημο, αλλά στη βάση ενός κοινού πολιτικού προτάγματος, μιας κοινής πολιτικής κουλτούρας και μιας κοινής προοπτικής. Δημιουργεί αυτόνομες πολιτικές δομές και σχέσεις οι οποίες εξασφαλίζουν μια σχετική υλική αυτάρκεια και αυτοθεσμίζονται συλλογικά στην βάση των δυνατοτήτων του καθενός και σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες του. Αυτό που με όρους πολιτικού φαντασιακού ονομάζεται κομμούνα (commune).
Η ΑΛΛΗΛΕΓΓΥΗ ΤΟ ΟΠΛΟ ΤΩΝ ΛΑΩΝ
Η υποστήριξη και η διαρκής παρουσία θα λειτουργήσει ως ανάχωμα στους κατασταλτικούς σχεδιασμούς του κράτους που αποσκοπούν στη λεηλασία της γειτονιάς.

Η υπεράσπιση και στήριξη της γειτονιάς και της Κοινότητας των Κατειλημένων Προσφυγικών μπορεί να γίνει σε πολλά επίπεδα και με διαφορετικούς τρόπους. Αυτούς τους τρόπους καταγράφουμε και απευθύνουμε ως άμεσο κάλεσμα στήριξης και αλληλεγγύης:
• Ενίσχυση και στελέχωση των αυτοοργανωμένων δομών της κοινότητας, οι οποίες ταυτόχρονα αποτελούν δομές του κινήματος και της κοινωνίας συνδυαστικά. Κοινή πρακτική δουλειά, συνεργασία και ενίσχυση τόσο στο υλικό όσο και στο πολιτικό μέρος της πρότασης αυτοθέσμισης και κάλυψης των κοινών αναγκών.

• Συμμετοχή στην "Επιτροπή για την Ανάδειξη και την Υπεράσπιση της Κοινότητας των Προσφυγικών και της συλλογικής της μνήμης, με στόχο τη διάδοση του παραδείγματος της Κοινότητας των Προσφυγικών, την υπεράσπιση και την επικράτειάς της.
Η νίκη των Προσφυγικών ενάντια στην καταστολή και την προσπάθεια λεηλασίας τους από το κράτους και τα αφεντικά θα αποτελεί μια ακόμα νίκη του πλατιού πολύμορφου ριζοσπαστικού κινήματος και της κοινωνίας.

Die Gemeinschaft der besetzten Prosfygika ist ein horizontales, selbstorganisiertes soziopolitisches Projekt des Kampfes für eine befreiteftGesellschaft. Sie basiert auf den Prinzipien und Werten von Freiheit, Gleichheit, Autonomie und Solidarität durch Selbstorganisation, Horizontalität, Mitbestimmung, Zirkularität, Engagement und Beteiligung. Sie umfasst die Instrumente der breiteren revolutionären Bewegung und ihre Hauptmerkmale sind das gemeinschaftliche Eigentum an Ressourcen, Strukturen und Infrastruktur.
Sie ist auf der ideologischen Grundlage des Antistatismus, Antikapitalismus, Antifaschismus, Antisexismus und der internationalen Solidarität organisiert.
Die Gemeinschaft war in letzter Zeit mit einer Eskalation der staatlichen Repression konfrontiert, die das Viertel ständig bedroht.
Ende Juni griff die Polizei die im Zentrum Athens gelegene besetzte Nachbarschaft mit Tränengas, Granaten und direkter körperlicher Gewalt an. Ziel des Staates ist es, die Gemeinschaft zu schwächen, damit er seine Pläne zur Aufwertung und Gentrifizierung des Viertels in die Tat umsetzen kann, um den Kern des Widerstands, den Prosfygika darstellt, zu zerschlagen. Jedes Mal, wenn dies versucht wurde, hat die Gemeinschaft mit Entschlossenheit, Hartnäckigkeit und Militanz geantwortet. Seitdem haben ihre repressiven Maßnahmen die Nachbarschaft und die Solidaritätsbewegung gestärkt und es hat sich deutlich gezeigt: Kein einziger Angriff wird unbeantwortet bleiben, und wir werden unsere Häuser, unsere Kinder, unser Leben und das, was wir Tag für Tag aufbauen, mit Glauben und Kampfgeist für die Aussicht auf eine Welt verteidigen, in der das Leben blüht.

DIE COMMUNITY
Der Gebäudekomplex von Prosfygika wurde 1933 zur Unterbringung von Flüchtlingen aus Kleinasien errichtet. So entstand unter diesen Umständen ein lebendiges Viertel mit gemeinschaftlichen Merkmalen, das überwiegend aus der Arbeiterklasse bestand. Im Jahr 1944 nutzten die antifaschistischen Partisanen Prosfygika als Unterschlupf gegen die griechische und britische Staatsarmee; die Einschusslöcher sind bis heute an den Fassaden der Gebäude zu sehen sind, ebenso wie das Guerilla-Denkmal, das an der Fassade von Prosfygika errichtet wurde und täglich an die Geschichte des Ortes erinnert. Heute ist es eines der zentralen widerständen Zentren Athens, das die Gentrifizierung und Ausbeutung durch Immobilienkonzerne und den Staatsapparat noch nicht akzeptiert hat. Es ist ein Ort von strategischer Bedeutung, da er sich zwischen zwei Säulen der Macht befindet - auf der einen Seite der Oberste Gerichtshof und auf der anderen die Generaldirektion der Athener Polizei.
Unter den Bedingungen der sozialen Kämpfe, die sich in den Jahren 2008-2010 herausgebildet haben, haben einige der Hausbesetzer:innen, die in dem Viertel lebten, erkannt, dass die Kollektivierung der einzige Weg ist, um gemeinsame Probleme anzugehen, gegen die Verarmung zu überleben, die organisierte Mafia zu vertreiben und sich gegen die vielfältige Repression und den Terrorismus des Staates zu organisieren.
Die politischen Ereignisse der Jahre 2008-2010 haben gezeigt, dass es notwendig ist, eine organisierte politische Versammlung in der Nachbarschaft zu gründen und einen sozialen Gegenentwurf zu den bestehenden Hausverwaltungen zu schaffen. Im Jahr 2010 wurden auf Initiative einiger autonomer Hausbesetzer:innen die ersten Schritte zur Gründung der Versammlung der Gemeinschaft des besetzten Prosfygika (SY.KA.PRO) unternommen. Heute ist der größte Teil des Viertels besetzt und bewohnt.
Nach fast 13 Jahren Tätigkeit der Versammlung der Besetzer:nnen von Prosfygika hat sich das Viertel mit Leben gefüllt und ist zur größten Community (räumlich und zahlenmäßig) in Griechenland geworden.
Die Grundlage der Gemeinschaft ist die Selbstorganisation durch Versammlungen, durch individuelle Arbeitsgruppen, selbstorganisierte Strukturen usw.
Die Strukturen der Gemeinschaft entsprechen den Bedürfnissen der Gemeinschaft im Hinblick auf kollektive und gemeinsame Nutzung. Die Bildung von selbstorganisierten Strukturen ist ein revolutionärer Prozess und ein echter Gegenentwurf für die Organisation der Gesellschaft und des Lebens jenseits des Staates und des Kapitalismus. Einige typische Beispiele für die Strukturen Prosfygikas sind: die Bäckerei-Struktur, die Frauen-Struktur, der selbstorganisierte Kindergarten mit angegliederter Selbstbildungs-Struktur, die Bekleidungs-Struktur, die Logistik-Struktur, die Internet-Struktur, die Handwerksstruktur, die Bibliotheks-Struktur, die Gesundheits-Struktur usw.
Die Community ist das zentrale Organ des Viertels und der Solidargemeinschaft, die auf praktischer, politischer, gesetzlicher, perspektivischer und genoss:innenschaftlicher Ebene organisch miteinander verbunden sind.
Der Zusammenhalt basiert nicht auf nationalen, relationalen, religiösen oder rassischen Charakteristiken, sondern auf der Grundlage eines gemeinsamen politischen Projekts, einer gemeinsamen politischen Kultur und einer gemeinsamen Perspektive. Dadurch werden autonome politische Strukturen und Beziehungen geschaffen, die eine relative materielle Autarkie für das Viertel erzeugen und die Selbstorganisierung als Kommune basierend auf den Fähigkeiten/Möglichkeiten jedes Einzelnen und entsprechend seinen Bedürfnissen ermöglicht.
SOLIDARITÄT IST DIE WAFFE DES VOLKES
Die Unterstützung des Viertels und die ständige Präsenz solidarischer Menschen werden als Barriere gegen die repressiven Pläne des Staates wirken, die darauf abzielen, das Viertel zu plündern.
Das Viertel Prosfygika ist ständig der Gefahr ausgesetzt, vom Repressinsapparat angegriffen zu werden, sei es durch physische Überwachung, Angriffe und Sabotage auf selbstorganisierte Strukturen, gezielte Angriffe auf Menschen aus der Gemeinschaft oder gar durch Versuche, Teile Prosfygikas oder das ganze Viertel zu räumen.
Die jüngsten Ereignisse und Angriffe auf Prosfygika sind Teil einer gemeinsamen repressiven Agenda des Staates und seiner Mechanismen gegenüber sozialen Kämpfen, politischen Räumen und Widerständen der Menschen von unten. Unsere Verantwortung als organisierte Teile der Gesellschaft gegenüber dieser Politik ist es, vor allem inmitten der schwierigen Zeit im August, wenn Athen leer ist und der Widerstand sich zurückzieht, Wege der besseren Verbindung, der Unterstützung, der Kommunikation und der Ko-Organisation zu finden, um in der Lage zu sein, die Gebiete des Kampfes zu verteidigen, uns gegen den Frontalangriff, dem wir ausgesetzt sind, neu zu formieren und unsere eigenen Vorschläge auf ihren jeweiligen Höhepunkt zu bringen.

Wir begreifen die Selbstverteidigung unserer Freiräume als etwas Komplexes und Umfassendes, als einen Akt, der nicht nur den Moment des physischen Konflikts betrifft, sondern auch die ganzheitlichen Bedingungen, unter denen wir das Leben organisieren und auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagieren: durch die Schaffung von kameradschaftlichen Beziehungen und der Kultur dieser Beziehungen, durch den Aufbau unserer Strukturen. Jedes Stück, jede Struktur der Gemeinschaft, jeder Akt praktischer Unterstützung und Solidarität spielt eine wichtige Rolle in diesem komplexen Gefüge und in seiner Selbstverteidigung, im Sinne einer kollektiven Verantwortung, auf der Grundlage von Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnissen.
Dies ist auch die Garantie dafür, dass die Gemeinschaft unabhängig von der Art der repressiven Angriffe oder Operationen stark und geeint bleibt, wie wir in ihrer Entwicklung über die Jahre hinweg sehen konnten.
Die Verteidigung und Unterstützung der Nachbarschaft kann auf vielen Ebenen und auf unterschiedliche Weise geschehen. Wir listen diese Wege auf und sprechen sie als direkten Aufruf zur Unterstützung und Solidarität an:
- Die Stärkung und Ausstattung der selbstorganisierten Strukturen der Gemeinschaft, die gleichzeitig Strukturen der Bewegung und der Gesellschaft in Kombination sind. Gemeinsame praktische Arbeit, Zusammenarbeit und Stärkung sowohl des materiellen als auch des politischen Teils des Vorschlags zur Selbstorganisierung und Deckung des gemeinsamen Bedarfs.
- Technische und materielle Unterstützung bei der Verbarrikadierung und der Vorbereitung auf mögliche kommende repressive Angriffe und bei der Verbesserung der Gebäudeinfrastruktur. Es besteht ein dringender Bedarf an Beiträgen von Menschen mit mit speziellen Kenntnissen, wie z.B. Elektriker und Klempner. Der besondere Aufruf zur Unterstützung dieses Bedarfs lautet wie folgt.
- Finanzielle Unterstützung zur Deckung aller Bedürfnisse, die sich aus der Realität der Gemeinschaft und der Kämpfe ergeben: Verbesserung der Strukturen zur Deckung der verschiedenen Bedürfnisse der Menschen (Gesundheit, Rechtsdokumente, Bildung usw.), Gerichtskosten, spezifische materielle und technische Infrastruktur.
- Teilnahme an der Selbstverteidigung und der militanten Verteidigung des Viertels, an den täglich durchgeführten Wachen zur Vorbeugung und sofortigen Reaktion im Falle von Repressionsmaßnahmen. Bereitschaft zur
Solidaritätsmobilisierung bei jedem möglichen Angriff auf das Viertel. Der Aufruf zur Unterstützung der Bewachung lautet wie folgt:
- Anwesenheit von solidarischen Menschen im Viertel und aktive Teilnahme an allen Arten von sozialen Aktivitäten, kulturellen und politischen Veranstaltungen und Kampagnen.
- Teilnahme am „Komitee zur Förderung und Verteidigung der Gemeinschaft von Sguatted Prosfygika und ihres kollektiven Gedächtnisses“, mit dem Ziel, das Beispiel von Prosfygika zu verbreiten und die Gemeinschaft und ihr Gebiet zu verteidigen.
Der Sieg von Prosfygika gegen die Repression und den Versuch der Ausplünderung durch den Staat und die Bosse wird ein weiterer Sieg der breiten, vielseitigen radikalen Bewegung und Gesellschaft sein.

Die Gemeinschaft der besetzten Prosfygika ist ein horizontales, selbstorganisiertes soziopolitisches Projekt des Kampfes für eine befreiteftGesellschaft. Sie basiert auf den Prinzipien und Werten von Freiheit, Gleichheit, Autonomie und Solidarität durch Selbstorganisation, Horizontalität, Mitbestimmung, Zirkularität, Engagement und Beteiligung. Sie umfasst die Instrumente der breiteren revolutionären Bewegung und ihre Hauptmerkmale sind das gemeinschaftliche Eigentum an Ressourcen, Strukturen und Infrastruktur.
Sie ist auf der ideologischen Grundlage des Antistatismus, Antikapitalismus, Antifaschismus, Antisexismus und der internationalen Solidarität organisiert.
Die Gemeinschaft war in letzter Zeit mit einer Eskalation der staatlichen Repression konfrontiert, die das Viertel ständig bedroht.
Ende Juni griff die Polizei die im Zentrum Athens gelegene besetzte Nachbarschaft mit Tränengas, Granaten und direkter körperlicher Gewalt an. Ziel des Staates ist es, die Gemeinschaft zu schwächen, damit er seine Pläne zur Aufwertung und Gentrifizierung des Viertels in die Tat umsetzen kann, um den Kern des Widerstands, den Prosfygika darstellt, zu zerschlagen. Jedes Mal, wenn dies versucht wurde, hat die Gemeinschaft mit Entschlossenheit, Hartnäckigkeit und Militanz geantwortet. Seitdem haben ihre repressiven Maßnahmen die Nachbarschaft und die Solidaritätsbewegung gestärkt und es hat sich deutlich gezeigt: Kein einziger Angriff wird unbeantwortet bleiben, und wir werden unsere Häuser, unsere Kinder, unser Leben und das, was wir Tag für Tag aufbauen, mit Glauben und Kampfgeist für die Aussicht auf eine Welt verteidigen, in der das Leben blüht.

A PROPOS
La Communauté de Prosfygika Squattée est un projet socio-politique horizontal auto-organisé de lutte de la base sociale. Elle est basée sur les principes et les valeurs de liberté, d'égalité, d'autonomie et de solidarité à travers l'auto-organisation, l'horizontalité, la codécision, la circularité, l'engagement et la participation. Il comprend des outils du mouvement révolutionnaire au sens large. Ses principales caractéristiques et aspects sont la propriété communautaire des ressources, des structures et des infrastructures.
Il est organisé sur la base des projets d'anti-étatisme, d'anti-capitalisme, d'anti-fascisme, d'anti-sexisme et de solidarité internationale.
Elle consiste en un ensemble d'individus et de relations, de structures et d'infrastructures qui sont formés et composés sur la base d'un champ commun. Ils ne se forment pas sur la base d'un signe national, relationnel, religieux ou racial, mais sur la base d'un projet politique commun, d'une culture politique commune et d'une perspective commune. Il crée des structures et des relations politiques autonomes qui obtiennent une relative autosuffisance matérielle et qui s'auto-institutionnalisent collectivement sur la base des capacités/possibilités de chacun/e et en fonction de ses besoins. Ce qui, en termes d'imaginaire politique, est défini comme une commune.
La communauté a récemment été confrontée à une escalade de la répression étatique qui menace continuellement le quartier. Fin juin, la police a attaqué le quartier, situé au centre d'Athènes, avec des gaz lacrymogènes, des grenades et des violences corporelles directes. L'État cherche à affaiblir la communauté pour pouvoir mettre en œuvre ses plans de réaménagement et de prédation du quartier, afin de vaincre le noyau de résistance que constitue Prosfygika. À chaque tentative, la communauté a répondu avec détermination, persistance et militantisme. Depuis lors, leurs opérations répressives ont renforcé le quartier et le mouvement de solidarité l'a clairement démontré : aucune attaque ne restera sans réponse et nous défendrons nos maisons, nos enfants, nos vies et ce que nous construisons jour après jour avec foi et militantisme dans la perspective d'un monde où la vie s'épanouit.

LA COMMUNAUTÉ
Le complexe immobilier de Prosfygika a été construit en 1933 pour accueillir des réfugiés d'Asie Mineure. Dans ces circonstances, un quartier vivant aux caractéristiques communautaires a été créé, composé principalement de personnes issues de la classe ouvrière. En 1944, les partisans antifascistes ont utilisé Prosfygika comme refuge contre l'armée grecque et britannique ; les traces de balles sont encore visibles aujourd'hui sur les façades des bâtiments, ainsi que le monument de la guérilla qui a été érigé sur la façade de Prosfygika et qui nous rappelle chaque jour l'histoire de ce lieu. Aujourd'hui, c'est l'un des plus grands complexes immobiliers du centre d'Athènes, qui n'a pas encore accepté l'embourgeoisement et l'exploitation par le grand capital et l'appareil d'État. C'est un lieu d'importance stratégique puisqu'il est situé entre deux piliers du pouvoir - d'un côté la Cour suprême et de l'autre la Direction générale de la police de l'Attique.
Dans le contexte des luttes sociales qui ont pris forme au cours de la période 2008-2010, certains des squatters vivant dans le quartier des réfugiés ont réalisé que la collectivisation était le seul moyen d'aborder les problèmes communs, de survivre contre l'appauvrissement, de chasser les mafias organisées et de s'organiser contre la répression multiforme et le terrorisme de l'État.
Les événements politiques de 2008-2010 ont mis en évidence la nécessité de rassembler un corps politique organisé dans le voisinage et de former une contre-proposition sociale à celle qui existe déjà. En 2010, à l'initiative de quelques squatters autonomes, les premières mesures ont été prises pour créer l'Assemblée de Prosfygika squatté (SY.KA.PRO). Aujourd'hui, la majeure partie du quartier est occupée et habitée.
Après presque 13 ans d'activité de l'Assemblée des squatters de Prosfygika, le quartier a été rempli de vie, se transformant en la plus grande communauté (spatialement et numériquement) en Grèce.
La base de la communauté est l'auto-organisation par le biais d'assemblées, de groupes de travail, de structures auto-organisées, etc.
Les structures de la communauté répondent aux besoins de la communauté en termes d'utilisation collective et commune. La formation de structures auto-organisées est un processus révolutionnaire et une véritable contre-proposition pour l'organisation de la société et de la vie en dehors de l'Etat et du capitalisme. Quelques exemples typiques des structures de la communauté sont : la structure de la boulangerie, la structure des femmes, la structure du Steki et de l'auto-éducation des enfants, la structure du skipping, la structure des habits, la structure logistique, la structure Internet, le groupe technique, la structure de la bibliothèque, la structure de la santé, etc.
La communauté est le corps collectif organisé du quartier Prosfygika et des solidaires, qui sont organiquement liés les uns aux autres sur le plan pratique, politique, statutaire, de la perspective et de la camaraderie. Il s'agit d'un projet sociopolitique horizontal auto-organisé de lutte de la base sociale. LA SOLIDARITÉ EST L'ARME DU PEUPLE
Le soutien du voisinage et la présence continue des gens feront barrage aux plans répressifs de l'État qui visent à piller le quartier. Le quartier de Prosfygika subit et risque constamment d'être attaqué par les forces de répression, à petite échelle (surveillance physique, attaques et sabotage des structures auto-organisées, ciblage des personnes de la communauté, etc.) ou à plus grande échelle (tentatives d'évacuation de certaines parties ou de l'ensemble du quartier). Les récents événements et attaques contre Prosfygika font partie d'un programme répressif commun de l'État et de ses mécanismes concernant les projets de lutte, les espaces politiques et les résistances des gens d'en bas. Notre responsabilité en tant que parties organisées de la société contre cette politique, en particulier au milieu de la période difficile du mois d'août, quand Athènes est vide et que les résistances se retirent, est de trouver les moyens d'une meilleure connexion, d'un soutien, d'une communication et d'une co-organisation, afin de pouvoir défendre les territoires de la lutte, de se regrouper contre l'attaque frontale que nous subissons et de placer nos propres propositions à leur hauteur respective.
Notre réponse à tout cela et en même temps notre proposition générale est l'organisation de notre autodéfense à plusieurs niveaux contre le monde du pouvoir et du capitalisme. Nous percevons l'autodéfense des projets de lutte comme quelque chose de complexe et d'inclusif, comme un acte qui ne concerne pas seulement le moment du conflit physique, mais aussi les termes holistiques dans lesquels nous organisons la vie et répondons à nos besoins : en créant des relations de camaraderie et la culture de ces relations, par la construction de nos structures. Chaque pièce, chaque structure de la communauté, chaque acte de soutien pratique et de solidarité joue un rôle important dans cette structure complexe et dans son autodéfense, en termes de responsabilité collective, sur la base des capacités et des besoins. C'est aussi la garantie que la communauté restera forte et unie quelle que soit la nature de chaque attaque ou opération répressive, comme nous en avons fait l'expérience dans son évolution au fil des ans. La défense et le soutien du quartier et de la communauté squattée de Prosfygika peuvent se faire à plusieurs niveaux et de différentes manières. Nous énumérons et abordons ces moyens comme un appel direct au soutien et à la solidarité :
- Renforcer et alimenter les structures auto-organisées de la communauté, qui sont en même temps des structures du mouvement et de la société en combinaison. Travail pratique commun, coopération et renforcement de la partie matérielle et politique de la proposition d'auto-institution et de couverture des besoins communs.
- Assistance technique et matérielle pour les barricades/fortifications et la préparation à une éventuelle attaque répressive à venir et pour l'amélioration de l'infrastructure du bâtiment. Il y a un besoin urgent de contribution de la part de personnes ayant des connaissances spécifiques, comme par exemple les électriciens et les plombiers. L'appel spécial à soutien pour ce besoin est le suivant.
- Soutien financier pour couvrir tout type de besoin, tel qu'il découle de la réalité de la communauté et des luttes : amélioration des structures pour répondre aux différents besoins des personnes (santé, documents juridiques, éducation, etc.), frais de justice, infrastructure matérielle et technique spécifique.
- Participation à l'autodéfense et à la défense militante du quartier, aux gardes effectuées quotidiennement à des fins de prévention et de réaction immédiate en cas d'opérations répressives. La préparation à la mobilisation solidaire dans toute attaque possible que le quartier pourrait subir. L'appel à soutenir les gardes est le suivant :
- Présence de personnes solidaires dans le quartier et participation active à toutes sortes d'activités sociales, d'événements culturels et politiques et de campagnes menées régulièrement.
- Participation au "Comité pour la promotion et la défense de la communauté de Prosfygika squatté et de sa mémoire collective", dans le but de diffuser l'exemple de Prosfygika, de défendre la communauté et son territoire.
La victoire de Prosfygika contre la répression, la tentative de pillage de l'Etat et des patrons sera une autre victoire du mouvement radical large et multiforme et de la société.

La communauté a récemment été confrontée à une escalade de la répression étatique qui menace continuellement le quartier. Fin juin, la police a attaqué le quartier, situé au centre d'Athènes, avec des gaz lacrymogènes, des grenades et des violences corporelles directes. L'État cherche à affaiblir la communauté pour pouvoir mettre en œuvre ses plans de réaménagement et de prédation du quartier, afin de vaincre le noyau de résistance que constitue Prosfygika. À chaque tentative, la communauté a répondu avec détermination, persistance et militantisme. Depuis lors, leurs opérations répressives ont renforcé le quartier et le mouvement de solidarité l'a clairement démontré : aucune attaque ne restera sans réponse et nous défendrons nos maisons, nos enfants, nos vies et ce que nous construisons jour après jour avec foi et militantisme dans la perspective d'un monde où la vie s'épanouit.

İşgal Edilmiş Mülteci Evleri (Prosfygika) Topluluğu, toplumsal tabanın yatay olarak kendi kendini örgütlediği sosyo-politik bir mücadele projesidir. Özgürlük, eşitlik, özerklik ve dayanışma ilke ve değerlerini öz-örgütlenme, yataylık, ortak kararlılık, döngüsellik, taahhüt ve katılım yoluyla gerçekleştirmeyi temel almaktadır. Daha geniş devrimci hareketin araçlarını benimser. Temel karakteristik özellikleri; kaynakların, yapıların ve altyapıların komünal mülkiyetidir.
Anti-devletçilik, anti-kapitalizm, anti-faşizm, anti-cinsiyetçilik ve uluslararası dayanışma projeleri temelinde örgütlenmiştir.
Ortak bir alan temelinde şekillenen ve oluşan bir dizi birey ve ilişki, yapı ve altyapıdan oluşur. Ulusal, akrabalık, dinsel veya ırksal bir işaret temelinde değil, ortak bir siyasi proje, ortak bir siyasi kültür ve ortak bir perspektif temelinde oluşur. Göreli bir maddi öz yeterlilik elde eden ve her birinin yetenekleri/imkânları temelinde ve ihtiyaçlarına göre kolektif olarak kendi kendini kurumsallaştıran özerk siyasi yapılar ve ilişkiler yaratır. Bu siyasi tahayyül açısından komün olarak tanımlanan şeydir.
Topluluk son zamanlarda mahalleyi sürekli tehdit eden bir devlet baskısıyla karşı karşıya kaldı.
Haziran ayı sonunda polis Atina'nın merkezinde yer alan mahalleye göz yaşartıcı gaz, ses bombaları ve doğrudan beden şiddeti ile saldırdı. Devlet, yağmalama planlarını hayata geçirebilmek için; Prosfygika'nın oluşturduğu direniş çekirdeğini yenmek amacıyla mahalleyi yeniden hedef alarak topluluğu zayıflatmayı hedefliyor. Bunu yapmaya çalıştıkları her seferinde de topluluğun kararlı, ısrarlı ve militan cevabıyla karşılaşıyor. Yaptıkları baskıcı operasyonlar mahalleyi ve dayanışma hareketini güçlendirmiş ve açıkça göstermiştir ki; hiçbir saldırı cevapsız kalmayacak ve yaşamın yeşerdiği bir dünya umudu için evlerimizi, çocuklarımızı, hayatlarımızı ve inşa ettiklerimizi her gün inanç ve militanlıkla savunacağız.
Topluluk, yoldaşlarımızın mahkeme masraflarını karşılamak, polis saldırılarının neden olduğu zararları tazmin etmek, savunma planımızı güçlendirmek ve günlük mücadelemizi sürdürmek için acil mali desteğe ihtiyaç duymaktadır.

Mülteci Evleri (Prosfygika) kompleksi 1933 yılında Küçük Asya'dan gelen mültecileri barındırmak üzere inşa edilmiştir. Bu vesileyle, o günkü koşullar altında, çoğunlukla işçi sınıfından olan insanlardan oluşan, topluluk özellikleri taşıyan canlı bir mahalle kurulmuştur. 1944 yılında anti-faşist partizanlar Prosfygika'yı Yunan ve İngiliz devlet ordusuna karşı bir sığınak olarak kullandılar; kurşun izleri bugün bile binaların cephelerinde görülebildiği gibi, Prosfygika'nın ön cephesine dikilen ve bize her gün buranın tarihini hatırlatan gerilla anıtı da görülebilir. Bugün, büyük sermaye ve devlet aygıtından gelen soylulaştırma ve sömürü saldırısını halen kabul etmemiş olan Atina'nın merkezindeki en büyük bina komplekslerinden biridir. Bir yanda Yüksek Mahkeme, diğer yanda Attika Bölgesi Genel Polis Müdürlüğü olmak üzere iki iktidar sütunu arasında yer alması nedeniyle stratejik öneme sahip bir yerdir.
2008-2010 yılları arasında şekillenen toplumsal mücadele koşulları sayesinde, mülteci evleri mahallesinde yaşayanların bir kısmı, ortak sorunları çözmenin, yoksullaşmaya karşı hayatta kalmanın, örgütlü mafyaları kovmanın ve devletin çok yönlü baskı ve terörüne karşı örgütlenmenin tek yolunun kolektifleşme olduğunu fark ettiler.
2008-2010 yılları arasında yaşanan siyasi olaylar, mahallede örgütlü bir siyasi yapı oluşturma ve mevcut olana karşı toplumsal bir karşı öneri oluşturma ihtiyacına işaret etti. 2010 yılında, bazı otonom yerleşimcilerin girişimiyle, Prosfygika Meclisi'nin (SY.KA.PRO) kurulması için ilk adımlar atıldı. Bugün mahallenin büyük bölümü işgal edilmiş ve ikamete açılmış haldedir.
Prosfygika Meclisi'nin yaklaşık 13 yıllık faaliyetinin ardından mahalle hayatla doldu ve Yunanistan'daki en büyük topluluğa (mekânsal ve sayısal olarak) dönüştü.
Topluluğun temeli; meclisler, çalışma grupları, öz-örgütlü yapılar vb. aracılığıyla kendi kendini örgütlemedir.
Topluluğun yapıları, kolektif ve ortak kullanım açısından topluluğun ihtiyaçlarına cevap verir. Kendi kendini örgütleyen yapıların oluşumu devrimci bir süreçtir ve toplumun ve yaşamın devlet ve kapitalizm dışında örgütlenmesi için gerçek bir karşı öneridir. Prosfygika Topluluğunun yapılarının bazı tipik örnekleri şunlardır: Fırın Yapısı, Kadın Yapısı, Çocuk Okulu ve Öz-Eğitim Yapısı, Kolektif Pazar Yapısı, Giyim Yapısı, Lojistik Yapısı, İnternet Yapısı, Teknik Grup, Kütüphane Yapısı, Sağlık Yapısı vb.
Topluluk, Prosfygika mahallesinin ve dayanışmacıların pratik, siyasi, perspektif ve yoldaşlık düzeyinde birbirlerine organik olarak bağlı olan örgütlü kolektif bedenidir. Ulusal, akrabalık , dinsel veya ırksal bir işaret temelinde değil, ortak bir siyasi proje, ortak bir siyasi kültür ve ortak bir perspektif temelinde oluşur. Göreli bir maddi öz yeterlilik elde eden ve her birinin yetenekleri/imkânları temelinde ve ihtiyaçlarına göre kolektif olarak kendi kendini kurumsallaştıran özerk siyasi yapılar ve ilişkiler yaratır. Bu siyasi tahayyül açısından komün olarak tanımlanan şeydir.
DAYANIŞMA HALKIN SİLAHIDIR
Mahalleye olan destek ve bunun sürekli olması,
devletin mahalleyi yağmalamayı amaçlayan baskıcı planlarına karşı bir bariyer görevi görecektir.
Prosfygika mahallesi, baskı güçlerinin sürekli saldırısına maruz kalmakta ve saldırı riski altında bulunmaktadır;
küçük ölçekli (fiziksel gözetim, öz-örgütlü yapılara saldırı ve sabotajlar, örgütlü kişilerin hedef alınması vb.) veya daha büyük ölçekli (mahallenin bir kısmını veya tamamını tahliye etme girişimleri). Son olaylar ve
Prosfygika'ya yönelik saldırılar, devletin ve devlet mekanizmalarının aşağıdaki projelere ilişkin baskıcı gündeminin bir parçasıdır;
tabandan insanların mücadelesi, siyasi alanları ve direnişleri. Toplumun örgütlü kesimleri olarak sorumluluğumuz
bu politikaya karşı, özellikle de Atina'nın boş olduğu ve saldırıların sürdüğü Ağustos ayının zor döneminde
daha iyi bağlantı kurmanın, destek olmanın, iletişim kurmanın ve birlikte örgütlenmenin yollarını bulmaktır.
Mücadele alanlarını savunabilmek, maruz kaldığımız topyekûn saldırıya karşı yeniden toparlanabilmek için direniş düzeyini yükseltmeliyiz.
Tüm bunlara cevabımız ve aynı zamanda genel önerimiz, öz savunmamızın birçok alanda örgütlenmesidir.
İktidar ve kapitalizm dünyasına karşı mücadele projelerinin öz savunmasını ise şu şekilde algılıyoruz; kompleks ve kapsayıcı, sadece fiziksel çatışma anını değil, aynı zamanda yaşamı organize ettiğimiz ve ihtiyaçlarımıza cevap verdiğimiz bütünü kapsayan bir eylem - yoldaşlık ilişkileri yaratarak ilişki kültürü oluşturmak, yapılarımızı inşa etmek… Topluluğun her bir parçası, her bir yapısı, her bir pratik destek ve dayanışma eylemi, tüm bu karmaşık yapıda ve bu yapının kendini savunmasında, kolektif sorumluluk açısından, kabiliyetler ve ihtiyaçlar temelinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu aynı zamanda şunun da garantisidir;
her baskıcı saldırı veya operasyonun niteliği ne olursa olsun, toplumumuz bu sayede güçlü ve birlik içinde kalacaktır.
Topluluğun yıllar boyunca geçirdiği evrim sürecinde bunu gözlemlemiş bulunuyoruz.
Mahalleyi ve Prosfygika Topluluğu'nu savunmak ve desteklemek birçok alanda, seviyede ve farklı şekillerde gerçekleşebilir.
Destek ve dayanışma için doğrudan bir çağrı olarak bu yolları listeliyoruz:
* Topluluğun kendi kendini örgütleyen yapılarının güçlendirilmesi ve kaynak sağlanması, ki bunlar aynı zamanda hareketin ve toplumun da yapılarıdır. Ortak pratik çalışma - işbirliği ve kendi kendini kurma ve kapsama çalışmasının hem maddi hem de siyasi kısmının ortak ihtiyaçlarının karşılamasını sağlamak.
* Barikat kurma ve yaklaşan olası saldırılara hazırlık konusunda teknik ve maddi yardım ve bina altyapısının iyileştirilmesi için teknik yeteneklere sahip kişilerin katkısına acilen ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Örneğin elektrikçiler ve tesisatçılar gibi özel bilgi birikimine sahip kişiler ihtiyaçların karşılanmasına yönelik özel olarak çağrılıyor.
* Topluluk gerçekliğinden ve mücadelenin ihtiyaçlarından kaynaklanan her türlü gereksinimin karşılanması için mali destek: İnsanların çeşitli ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak yapıların iyileştirilmesi (sağlık, yasal belgeler, eğitim vb.), mahkeme masrafları, spesifik malzeme ihtiyacı ve teknik altyapı.
* Öz savunmaya ve mahallenin militan savunmasına - önleme ve baskıcı operasyonlar durumunda anında tepki verme amacıyla günlük olarak yürütülülen nöbetlere katılım. Mahallenin alabileceği olası bir saldırıda dayanışma seferberliği için hazırlık. Destek çağrısı ve mahallenin korunmasına katılım.
* Mahalle içinde dayanışmacı insanların varlığı ve her türlü sosyal faaliyete aktif katılım, kültürel ve siyasi etkinlikler ve düzenli olarak yürütülen kampanyalar.
* "İşgal Topluluğunu Tanıtma ve Prosfygika ve kolektif hafızasını Savunma Komitesi” ne katılım. Prosfygika'yı savunmak amacıyla Prosfygika örneğini yaygınlaştırmak. Prosfygika'nın, devlet ve patronların baskı ve yağma girişimlerine karşı kazandığı zafer geniş, çok biçimli radikal hareketin ve toplumun bir zaferi olacaktır.

İşgal Edilmiş Mülteci Evleri (Prosfygika) Topluluğu, toplumsal tabanın yatay olarak kendi kendini örgütlediği sosyo-politik bir mücadele projesidir. Özgürlük, eşitlik, özerklik ve dayanışma ilke ve değerlerini öz-örgütlenme, yataylık, ortak kararlılık, döngüsellik, taahhüt ve katılım yoluyla gerçekleştirmeyi temel almaktadır. Daha geniş devrimci hareketin araçlarını benimser. Temel karakteristik özellikleri; kaynakların, yapıların ve altyapıların komünal mülkiyetidir.
Anti-devletçilik, anti-kapitalizm, anti-faşizm, anti-cinsiyetçilik ve uluslararası dayanışma projeleri temelinde örgütlenmiştir.
Ortak bir alan temelinde şekillenen ve oluşan bir dizi birey ve ilişki, yapı ve altyapıdan oluşur. Topluluk son zamanlarda mahalleyi sürekli tehdit eden bir devlet baskısıyla karşı karşıya kaldı.
Haziran ayı sonunda polis Atina'nın merkezinde yer alan mahalleye göz yaşartıcı gaz, ses bombaları ve doğrudan beden şiddeti ile saldırdı. Devlet, yağmalama planlarını hayata geçirebilmek için; Prosfygika'nın oluşturduğu direniş çekirdeğini yenmek amacıyla mahalleyi yeniden hedef alarak topluluğu zayıflatmayı hedefliyor. Bunu yapmaya çalıştıkları her seferinde de topluluğun kararlı, ısrarlı ve militan cevabıyla karşılaşıyor. Yaptıkları baskıcı operasyonlar mahalleyi ve dayanışma hareketini güçlendirmiş ve açıkça göstermiştir ki; hiçbir saldırı cevapsız kalmayacak ve yaşamın yeşerdiği bir dünya umudu için evlerimizi, çocuklarımızı, hayatlarımızı ve inşa ettiklerimizi her gün inanç ve militanlıkla savunacağız.
Topluluk, yoldaşlarımızın mahkeme masraflarını karşılamak, polis saldırılarının neden olduğu zararları tazmin etmek, savunma planımızı güçlendirmek ve günlük mücadelemizi sürdürmek için acil mali desteğe ihtiyaç duymaktadır.
Bu topluluk 400 kişiye ev sahipliği yapmakta ve özgür bir toplumun örgütlenmesi için pratik bir öneri sunmaktadır. Bu özgürleştirilmiş zemini savunmak için uluslararası sınıf dayanışmasına ihtiyaç var! Yardımınıza ihtiyacımız var!

TOPLULUK
Mülteci Evleri (Prosfygika) kompleksi 1933 yılında Küçük Asya'dan gelen mültecileri barındırmak üzere inşa edilmiştir. Bu vesileyle, o günkü koşullar altında, çoğunlukla işçi sınıfından olan insanlardan oluşan, topluluk özellikleri taşıyan canlı bir mahalle kurulmuştur. 1944 yılında anti-faşist partizanlar Prosfygika'yı Yunan ve İngiliz devlet ordusuna karşı bir sığınak olarak kullandılar; kurşun izleri bugün bile binaların cephelerinde görülebildiği gibi, Prosfygika'nın ön cephesine dikilen ve bize her gün buranın tarihini hatırlatan gerilla anıtı da görülebilir. Bugün, büyük sermaye ve devlet aygıtından gelen soylulaştırma ve sömürü saldırısını halen kabul etmemiş olan Atina'nın merkezindeki en büyük bina komplekslerinden biridir. Bir yanda Yüksek Mahkeme, diğer yanda Attika Bölgesi Genel Polis Müdürlüğü olmak üzere iki iktidar sütunu arasında yer alması nedeniyle stratejik öneme sahip bir yerdir.
2008-2010 yılları arasında şekillenen toplumsal mücadele koşulları sayesinde, mülteci evleri mahallesinde yaşayanların bir kısmı, ortak sorunları çözmenin, yoksullaşmaya karşı hayatta kalmanın, örgütlü mafyaları kovmanın ve devletin çok yönlü baskı ve terörüne karşı örgütlenmenin tek yolunun kolektifleşme olduğunu fark ettiler.
