This amount will fund the frame for our new production space - walls, lights, electrical work, plumbing, and our storage facilities.

With this amount, we will be able to get customized appliances for our kitchen, which will allow us to be much more efficient, and to innovate new exciting products of high quality. With our dough sheeter, we'll be able to make larger quantities of dough, allowing us to create more products with the same time. Further, we will be able to start our viennoiserie production, which we have wanted to start for a long time. Secondly, we'd be so grateful to be able to get a super professional oven that allows us to bake high volumes at a time, resulting in the perfect bake of each product. Further, our passion for sourdough can finally start!

Reaching this final stage, we plan to acquire the equipment needed for our sales point, which will be an essential part of our new production space. Furthermore, we will equip our packaging area with efficient tools to streamline the preparation of our finished products before they are distributed for sale. If budget allows for it, we will purchase nice furniture for our outside terrace where you can enjoy a seated coffee and bun.

My name is Bianca! I founded White Rabbit bakery out of a big passion for baking and a dream of creating cinnamon rolls that everyone would fall in love with. With a strong background in business development, I have combined my two passions to bring the bakery forward and keep innovating within the plant-based scene of Zürich and Switzerland.
