IACAPAP Challenge Grant Phase II is a continuation of the previous project, which was initiated on May 20th, 2024. This crucial initiative is focused on securing funding to support IACAPAP fellowship programs. It aims to provide essential travel grant support to selected fellows participating in the Helmut Remschmidt Research Seminar and the Donald J Cohen Fellowship Program and operating fund to support the Early Career Group development program
The International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP) is registered as a not-for-profit association in Switzerland, and is recognised by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an official non-state actor in child & adolescent psychiatry and mental health.
I am the Executive Officer of IACAPAP. I oversees all operations and association activities, working closely with the IACAPAP Bureau and Executive Committee to streamline processes, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure daily activities align with the association's mission and goals. Prof Carmen Schroder is the current Treasurer of IACAPAP. She is a Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Strasbourg University and head of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Strasbourg University Hospitals in France, as well as the coordinator of the Excellence Centre for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders STRAS&ND.
