Hi all,
Within days we already passed the first milestone mark of 5’000 CHF. Thanks a lot. This allows us to already prepare a loan for Bahat so he can order another 20 containers to be built and made ready. Of course we will also have to fill them with maize. We can expect that not some families will not want to get the advance or only part of it. So we have some leeway. Plus, once we pass the next milestone of 10’000 CHF that will be covered anyway. I’ll keep you informed.
Please let’s keep it up. And do tell your friends and contacts that here is something to support in the very early stages of an African start-up with huge potential!

We launched our crowdfunding push today. How soon might we reach the first installment of 5’000 CHF? That will be enough to allow us to order 10 more metal silos for farmers in Msowero so they can fill them with maize. The rains this year seem to be okay. If it continues like this we should have a decent harvest in June-July to get the silos filled.
