Is it already September?
Hello everyone!
We hope you have all enjoyed the warm days of summer, we sure took advantage of the nice weather and worked hard inside "Maillardos"! Our little shop is looking a lot different than it did a few months ago. A lot of progress has been made including the installation of plumbing, construction of entrance door and wall/ceiling painting.
It's very fulfilling and exciting to see it all slowly come together. However we still have a lot to do. Even though we are DOS (2), we are still working our side jobs and at the same time trying to build a coffee shop; Uriel at Sefar and Raquel with her wedding photography. Plus, many things lie outside of our hands and we find ourselves waiting and waiting for things to be done.
Nevertheless, we feel accomplished and we are moving FORWARD. The coffee beans from all over the world have arrived to Rheineck, it already starts to smell like coffee around here :). Our Roaster should be on its way and arriving soon.

Woohooo! Exciting news; A BIG THANK YOU to all who have supported us so far in making Maillardos happen. In the last days, several people have shown themselves very generous.
