Here we are again! These past weeks have been so intense we didn’t even realise how much time passed from the last post!

But here some updates on what we could make thanks to your great support on our crowdfunding! After days of sawing, routing, sanding and drilling (we owe all our neighbours a pint for bearing our noise 😅), our beer garden is finally taking shape and we love how different our yard is looking now! 😊

There are only a few bits missing to be ideal for your Summer beers (very soon!), but we think you will already enjoy it as it is. A very special thank you goes to our family, friends and neighbours, who worked tirelessly and helped us making it happen! 😊

Our brew day couldn't have started in a better way than hitting our second target and reaching more than 100 boosters within the first 10 days of crowdfunding campaign! Many many thanks to everyone for believing in us! Knowing that you are keen on trying our beers gives us the energy we need to finish the set-up of our Tankbierbar in time for the opening...in less than three weeks! :)
Today we brewed our Special Edition of single hops Pils and we can't wait to let you taste it!

Hi guys,

We’d like to start this post with a big thank you! We wouldn’t have imagined that our first crowdfunding week would have been such a success and all the credit goes to your support. So, many many thanks! :-)

While waiting to see how the crowdfunding is going to continue (and hoping for the best), we took some time to finally give the hops plants we received from our grower (thanks Locher Hopfen!) a home, and started building our beer garden! We couldn’t have been more excited about it!

“Gardening” by moving around 4 tons of soil that wildergaertner.ch kindly donated us (together with loads of seeds and many cool wooden boxes - thanks so much!) isn’t that easy, so we very pleased to get some extra hands from Max’s friends, who travelled from Bavaria to Zurich just to help us out (and have a first tasting of our beers 😉). So, another big thank you goes to these awesome guys (and Gian, who didn’t give up despite the weather 😅) for their great work.

Now back to sorting out the other bunch of stuff before the opening… if you like our project and you haven’t done it yet, please share our crowdfunding link with your friends and colleagues! 😉

We still can't believe it, but thanks to your incredible support we have already hit our 1st target! Many thanks to all you Boosters!!! We would love to thank you all in person, but unfortunately we have to wait until the end of the crowdfunding to get access to your email addresses.
